It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living area - living room, dining room and kitchen - wide corridor, 2 galleries one facing the street and another at the back. From that road, a wide road, you can see a view of the countryside. Clothes can be hung in the back gallery, although part of the roof belongs to him as well.

It is on the third floor out of five, on each floor there are only 2 apartments, served by a lift and there is a manager who takes care of the common parts (condominium) and in a quiet environment. It is built with Maltese stone and not with bricks (concrete) so there is no humidity, nor is it very cold in the winter or hot in the summer.
It has all the basic needs but there are no air conditioners, there are fans and heaters. It also sleeps 8, a queen size bed in one room, 2 singles in another room and 4 bunkbeds in the third room. Furnished sweetly and very well in a way that one feels can relax at any time.
It is close to the bus stop, very close to a supermarket and 2 mini-markets and a grocery store, close to restaurants and cafes and also to the sea - we are talking about 4-5 minutes walking, that is to say there is no need of a private car although there are many parking bays very close by.
